Refund Policy

At Kanu International Education Center, we are committed to providing high-quality educational experiences and support. However, we understand that situations may arise where customers may request a refund for services booked or purchased. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are issued.

 

1. General Policy

 

Refunds may be issued for services that are canceled within the timeframes and conditions described below. Refunds are typically processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days once approved.

 

2. Refunds by Service Category

 

After-School & Foyer de Jour Programs (Luxembourg)

  • Full refund if canceled at least 14 days before the program start date.

  • 50% refund if canceled between 7 and 13 days before the program start date.

  • No refund if canceled less than 7 days before the start date, except in cases of documented emergencies.

 

Tutoring & Academic Coaching

  • Refunds are available up to 24 hours before a scheduled session.

  • Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.

  • Package deals (e.g., 10-session bundles) are partially refundable for unused sessions, minus any discounts applied.

 

Canada Summer Camp & Japan International Camps

  • Full refund if canceled 30 days before the camp start date.

  • 75% refund if canceled 21–29 days before the start date.

  • 50% refund if canceled 14–20 days before the start date.

  • No refund if canceled less than 14 days before the program unless due to visa denial or medical reasons (with documentation).

3. Force Majeure

 

If a service is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. public health restrictions, natural disasters), Kanu International Education Center will offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • A credit toward a future program or service

 

4. How to Request a Refund

 

To request a refund, contact us by email at o.niagate@kanueducation.com with the following details:

  • Full name

  • Service name and start date

  • Reason for cancellation

  • Supporting documents if applicable

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Application or registration fees

  • Materials or digital content once delivered

  • Visa, travel, or accommodation fees paid to third parties
